Meet our Lead Attorney

Kyla Richards-Saunders (Mrs.) is an Attorney, motivated by a desire to empower Caribbean people and the diaspora with the tools to secure their legacies. Driven by a strong conviction that legal representation should be as relatable as it is effective, she takes pride in guiding her clients through complex legal matters, with a rare blend of forthrightness and compassion.

Over the course of her legal career, having worked with reputable Private Practices and Corporate bodies, Kyla has gained meaningful experience in a myriad of areas, including Family Law, Real Estate, Employment Law, Probate, Contract Law, and Civil Litigation.  Out of these experiences, she has built her practice focused on the areas she feels most passionate about: Real Estate, Estate Planning and Administration, Employment and Family Law.

A native of Trinidad and Tobago, Kyla fell in love with Jamaica while pursuing her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) at the University of the West Indies, Mona. As such, after completing her Legal Education Certificate (L.E.C.) at the Hugh Wooding Law School, she returned to Jamaica and has since made this beautiful island her home.

Testimonials

Our clients trust us to deliver reliable and effective solutions

As a first time property buyer, I needed legal advice to guide me through the process. I was introduced to Mrs. Saunders by a family member, and there has been no regret since working with her. I cannot recommend Mrs. Saunders highly enough. From the very first consultation, she demonstrated a deep understanding of my case and provided clear, actionable advice. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. Mrs. Saunders kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel confident. Thanks to her for the hard work and dedication. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate attorney, Mrs. Saunders is the one to trust.
